Do you need to book accommodation for your delegates?
Would you like us to take the hassle out of booking rooms for your conference delegates or visitors to exhibitions? Trinity’s buying
power and in-depth industry knowledge of hotels in the UK and abroad means that you can have a booking service tailored
for your event, keeping your costs down and saving your time in the process.
This is how it works:
- We will take a detailed brief, which will be confirmed back to you in writing
- Our well trained team will research suitable hotels, negotiate discounted rates and take an allocation of rooms on your behalf
- We will present you with a special accommodation package and ratecard for approval
- You can have a bespoke online booking form, which can be linked to your event and it will generate acknowledgements and confirmations for your delegates or exhibition visitors
- We will manage your allocation of rooms and provide the rooming information to the hotel
- You will be assigned a dedicated account manager to assist you, take your delegates bookings and deal with their enquiries
- Management information will be available for you to calculate your return on investment
- This service is FREE.
