Win dinner for 6 in the Presidential Suite, Royal Lancaster Hotel, London
An exclusive opportunity to entertain your friends or family in the individually designed and lavishly appointed Presidential Suite for the evening. The prize is a seated set three-course dinner which will be specially prepared by the Royal Lancaster Hotel’s Executive Head Chef Nigel Boschetti. The dinner will be accompanied by selected wine to compliment the menu. The Presidential Suite is the epitome of luxury and has panoramic views of London and Hyde Park.

- To enter this draw you must be 18 years old or over and resident in the UK.
- The draw will be made monthly on the first working day of the following month. The closing date for receipt of entries is the last working day of any calendar month.
- Prizes will be drawn in June 2009, July 2009, August 2009 and September 2009.
- Only confirmed meeting bookings will be eligible for the prize draw.
- You must not be an employee, agent or director of Trinity Conferences Ltd or the company donating the prize.
- The winner will be selected during the month following the promotion and notified by letter.
- Trinity Conferences Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The prize is as described by the company donating the prize.
- The prize is subject to availability.
- To redeem the prize, winners must book directly with the prize donor.
- Booking must be made in advance and the prize is non-transferrable.
- Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative will be offered. Trinity Conferences Ltd reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value at any time should the specified prize become unavailable for operational or organisational reasons or reasons beyond its control.
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking will invalidate the prize unless agreed directly with the prize donor.
- Trinity Conferences Ltd's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
